The consultation process
Our session is a space where you can explore your feelings, experiences, and internal processes in a safe atmosphere.
Various states and emotions during the session are a natural part of the work.
I am there to help you sort through them, understand their meaning, and gradually achieve greater clarity and resilience.
Our sessions are focused on support, awareness, and internal change, which occurs at your own pace.

ABOUT Me
I work in cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy—areas that offer both short-term and more in-depth work.
In short-term therapy (10-20 sessions), you can make progress on a specific issue: understand what’s not working, reduce internal tension, begin making decisions, and move on.
In long-term therapy (20 sessions and more), we go deeper: we analyze recurring patterns, work with self-esteem, internal supports, and ways of choosing, so you can build a more sustainable and fulfilling life.
Most often, people who come to me appear strong and capable on the outside, but internally face tension and uncertainty:
— Older children in the family
— People with high self-esteem and perfectionism
— IT and digital professionals, entrepreneurs
— Nomads adapting to another country
In my work, it’s important that we move in a clear direction and that over time you can apply the tools you’ve learned independently.
I travel a lot, live abroad, and now I’m in my second migration experience. I spent a long time managing projects, including in IT. I love art and am extremely inquisitive—this helps me maintain an interest in people and my work.
